  1. Is CPC a political organization or affiliated with a specific faith tradition? No. CPC is a non-political, non-denominational Christian ministry of hope & life. CPC is supported by a variety of Christian denominations and non-denominational churches and individuals.

  2. Is CPC a tax exempt, non-profit charity? Yes, The Greater Baltimore Center for Pregnancy Concerns (CPC) is recognized as a 501c3 non-profit charity by the IRS.

  3. How long has CPC been in existence? CPC was founded in 1980 and has been serving women in the Baltimore region for the past 42 years.

  4. How long has Options@328 been serving women in Baltimore City? Options@328 opened in the Fall of 2020. Since 2021, our client visits, pregnancy tests, and sonograms have all increased by over 200%.

  5. Who do you serve? About 49% of all women served at Options@328 are African American, African, or Caribbean, followed by Hispanic women which make up 37% of our clients. The remaining groups we serve are Caucasian, Multi-Racial, Asian, and Arabic women in need. We also employ bilingual client advocates who assist in translating for those who do not speak English.

  6. What medical staff does your organization employ? CPC employs credentialed medical personnel at our Howard Street location, Options@328. We have an R.N. and R.D.M.S. (Sonographer) who are onsite 5-days a week to answer women's questions regarding her health and all pregnancy options.

  7. Are all of CPC's services free? Yes, there is no charge for any of our services which include pregnancy testing, sonograms, advocacy, links to community resources, access to abortion pill reversal, online parenting education classes, and material assistance like formula, diapers, and wipes.

  8. Are your services available to anyone? Yes, our services are available to anyone, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.

  9. Are your services confidential? Yes, all of our services are completely confidential. We abide by strict privacy standards as outlined in HIPPA.

  10. What if a woman chooses abortion? Sometimes women will chose abortion. When that happens, we let them know that we love them, we are here for them, and they are welcome back at any time for pregnancy services or to heal from past abortions.

  11. What is abortion pill reversal? If a woman regrets her decision, it is sometimes possible for her to reverse an already-begun at-home medication abortion. CPC's medical services facility, Options@328, is the only provider in Baltimore City that offers this potentially life-saving service.
